How do I get a refund?

To help us improve, we request (but do not require) that you tell us why you're asking for a refund. Satisfied students is our top priority. Please remember that asking for a refund but continuing to use our products is considered stealing and may violate applicable intellectual property rights law.

What happens after you request a refund?

If there's anything we can do to help fix the situation, we will happily do so. If we're not able to help, we will issue the refund within 48 hours.
